ground floor:

• another ballroom for 60 pers.(can only be used by large groups and parties)
• Behind the large diner room you have a very big terrace
• At the back there's a large kitchen, toilets, billiard room, and another large room for meetings and/or playroom.
• 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and bathroom with shower, toilet and sink ( wheelchair accessible).

first floor:

• six bedrooms: 5 with double bed and 1 with one double bed and one single bed.
• Three bathrooms: 1 with bath, 1 with shower and 1 with jacuzzi and shower; separate toilets.

second floor:

• six bedrooms: 1 with one double bed
• 4 with one double and two single beds
• 1 with one double and three single beds; separate toilets; one bathroom with shower and two sinks.

• Total sleeping space: 36pers.
• All bedrooms have central heating and a sink with warm and cold water.
• There is extra sleeping space in the pavillions near the castle ( up to 80 persons in total)

general

• The prices mentioned are for groups untill 36 persons.
• Above this 36 p. there is a supplement to pay in 2023:
• 55,00€ p.p. / weekend ( 2 nights) 
• 85,00€ p.p. / mid-week ( 3 or 4 nights) 
• 120,00€ p.p. / week ( 6 or 7 nights) 
  
  
• In July and August only weekly rent from monday 16h to sunday 20h. For groups of minimum 48 persons.
• From 2022, the annex 'Le Blaireau' will no longer be rented separately. In the months of April, May, June, September and October, the weekends are rented with priority for a minimum of 48 people. For a full week there is a minimum of 36 people from Monday to Sunday. 
• It is possible to rent the Castle for a full week up to 24 people and that more people stay in the weekend ( minimum 48 extra pers.) for example to organise a wedding party -> price on request.

rental periods

• Weekend rent: Friday 16h00 up to Sunday 16h00 
• Midweek rent: Monday 16h00 up to Friday 10h00
• Week rent:  Monday 16h00 up to Sunday 18h00 
• Lengthening one night thursday to friday costs 500,00€ ( only on request -  not possible in July and August - for maximum 24 persons)

Extra costs

• Cleanage: 200,00 € per weekend, midweek or week.
• Fixed costing water, gas and wood for the stoves and central heating of 15,00 € per day from 01/05 untill 15/10 and 35,00 € per day from 15/10 untill 01/05.
• Electricity usage: towards the meters ( 0,35 €/ Kw )
• Tourist tax  : 0,60 € p.p. per night.
• Garbage and containercost: 25,00 €/ weekend, 25,00 €/ midweek and 30,00 €/ week.
  
  

Warranty

Warranty: 2000,00 € cash.
